Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of golfrefurbish.com and the services offered by GolfRefurbish (the "Service"). GolfRefurbish is owned and operated by VAN BOXTEL ENTERPRISES LLC ("GolfRefurbish", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account. You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

2. Refurbished golf sets

Products sold on the Service are pre-owned complete golf club sets that have been inspected, cleaned and, where needed, regripped or completed with matching replacement clubs. Each listing shows a condition rating (Tour Ready, Fairway or Rough) and a club-by-club condition score as described on our How it works page. Photos may be representative of the model and condition. Pre-owned clubs are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty unless stated. Specifications such as loft, lie and length are measured by us and may differ slightly from factory specifications.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a set is unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. A hold reserves a set for 24 hours and does not create an obligation to buy.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

5. Warranty

Sets are covered by our 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against cracked or broken heads, broken shafts and failed hosels or ferrules under normal play. The warranty does not cover normal wear after delivery, grip wear, damage from striking objects other than a golf ball, water damage, clubs modified, reshafted or regripped by anyone other than us, or loss or theft. Our sole obligation under the warranty is to repair the club, replace it with a matching or comparable club, or refund the value of the affected club.

6. Returns

You may return a complete set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Sets must be returned complete, including the bag and headcovers, without new damage beyond light use. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and check the return.

7. Trade-ins

Trade-in estimates are based on the information you provide and are held for 14 days. The final offer is confirmed after inspection. If the condition differs from your description, we send a revised offer, which you may accept or decline; if you decline, we return the set at no cost. You confirm that you own the clubs you trade in and that they are not stolen. Clubs reported stolen are not paid for and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Text messages

If you give your express consent by checking the SMS box on our sign-up or contact form, GolfRefurbish sends recurring automated service updates and account notifications texts to the phone number you provided, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, hold reminders, trade-in status and account security alerts. Consent is not required to buy products or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact our support team at support@golfrefurbish.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, using automated tools to collect content or place orders, or buying sets for resale in violation of purchase limits.

10. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, excluding third-party product names and trademarks, belong to VAN BOXTEL ENTERPRISES LLC. Brand and model names such as TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Cobra and Odyssey are trademarks of their owners. GolfRefurbish is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the limited warranty in section 5, the Service and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAN BOXTEL ENTERPRISES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
